It doesn't look like you need to log into any Bethesda shit for the new expansions. The new Heretic expansion (Faith Renewed) is already on disk and named "heretic_fr.wad", but I don't know what additional files need to be passed to GZDoom in order to get it to load missing title screen backgrounds and whatever this missing object (pictured) is supposed to be. The new Hexen expansion (Vestiges of Grandeur) is named "hexen_vog.wad" but again the title screen background is blank so there are probably other files needed.
It could also be that source ports need to be updated to handle some new jank, but I was able to get Legacy of Rust to work when that came out.
