I really like the Mika alt. I keep seeing people here saying it's boring or too bland, but I think that's part of the point. It's supposed to be a "pure" design in that there's no pretentions or fancy gimmicks, no bling or accessories, no complicated hair styles. It's simply Mika, a normal girl, wearing a subdued bikini, bearing herself to Sensei - us - after having been through so much turmoil. She was never built for the glitz, the politics, the upper class - and this is reflected in the PV heavily. Even the scene where she picks up litter from the ocean while everyone else watches is highly symbolic of where Mika is right now. Her peeling nail polish represents her easily shattered exterior, but also of her current station in life. She can't afford the good stuff, so it just peels off the second it makes contact with water. But Mika doesn't care. She goes in head first, with a smile, and is ecstatic knowing she's doing a good deed.

It's beautiful. She's such a good girl.
