you have to think of this from the perspective at the time. Matchup charts were routinely talked about between top players as a group instead of just being posted on twitter, and the casts were smaller and you could make an actual chart. "tiers" were then built based on the MU spread. When you consider a character's tier placement using this method, if you put every mirror as even, the characters with easy or hard mirror matchups do not have this information presented. By accepting that mirror matchups can be "uneven" when compared to other uneven matchups(rather than just in the context of the mirror match itself) these numbers should be included on a chart rather than left off, to better represent the difficulty of playing a character.
