Verina takes less field time than SK if you know her tech and with dups she is slightly better on spectro teams. Kinda like how Baizhi can be slightly better for Carlotta if you don't need SK crit buffs on the team.
At the end of the day however it looks like the game is shifting to a sub dps healer meta so I don't think we will see another pure healer/support for a while

The bottleneck is echo exp and weekly boss mats. Only CC are using resources to build meme 4 stars everyone else is only building Sanhua, Mortefi and maybe Baizhi. Also you don't need to max out 4 stars since you only want them for their buffs anyways
