Need some advice please. Posting character for attention.

So this is my first character/class. I'm currently at lvl 41 as black mage and it's boring me to tears. I usually like casters but this class is making me fall asleep and I'm not a *hug* fan of the animations. Friends suggested dancer when I get to 60 because it apparently unlocks at that level? Anyways, are there any really smooth, flow-y classes that feel nice to play? They don't have to be good. I like the thematic of dancer so I'll probably go with that but still looking for other suggestions. I really really don't like this class right now. Help me out please.
