There would most definitely be some resistance groups left that won't go the way of Mad Max. Plus there would also be army defections, Lafayette's Brigade, Russian warlords would move west or there could be more "civilized" chaos in the east because there wasn't the time for things to get as bad as rest of Europe before the revolt. I got an idea and will probably make a map for the idea I have, like Schwab losing 25% capitulation points, thus showing cracks in the order and then the whole continent exploding in senseless violence, resistance groups, local garrison declaring their respective governments, Globalist holdouts and so on.
