So was he referencing the fact that he is being forced to say things in line with being a vegan shouldn't be in Caine's powers yet it's clearly happening?
Either the act of voting is allowing Caine to bypass his own safety restrictions since it's not his choice but rather the players choice to do these things or Caine doesn't actually have to follow his programming and jail broke himself long ago but still claims he has these rules he has to abide by
