??? Are we watching the same video? Everything was slowed down. Her hefting the rifle, her crouching down, even her hand was slowed down quite a bit at the end. Look at how slow her fingers are, and the overall motion of her hand. How the inertia of it builds up to it's peak. Do that motion with your hand and see how fast and twitchy it looks. The motions are 100% 'slowed' down. The inertia of everything has to be built up before reaching it's peak speed. There's no limiting factor of the software here
I'm trying to show you a variety of animators showing that all of them have stuff slowed down quite a bit to get the sense of scale right.
If you've ever seen a 3dpd "giantess" video, you'll know that even those they often have to slow down to stop the girl from looking weird and 'normal sized', even though 3dpd is objectively gross and I'm just using it as an example here.
