The world(in either a good or bad ending cause good can just mean we get there by our terms) caves in and creates the underground kingdom of Undertale. IT sounds fan-ficy but just given the context that Deltarune was the OG idea when Toby created most of these characters and the fact that he still kept them around when REALLY with hindsight he could have made the cast completely original and forego the fanservice, but he still chose to keep the OG cast cause the ending will probably link these two worlds up. Maybe the actual in game DELTARUNE is something akin to Sephroths casting of Meteor which ends up giving a rebirth to the world, OR to keep it in line with Tobys faggot interests this will probably parallel Mother 3's ending where we see a rebirth as well. My bet is that Susie just gets that fucking pissed that she conjures it up somehow.
