In the Amerigo cutscene they're all former Terran Confederacy marines impressed into the Dominion. By 2 a lot of the decals are stripped away with both Dominion and Umojan marines' armor. Didn't know about Umojan troops decals. I must have missed something in the Starcraft 1 manual, or is that something from a book?
