Fallout 1 and 2 were ridiculous and stupid power fantasies the moment you reached mid-game with a meta build or got power armor. In 2025 let's stop pretending these games required actual thinking, you got big gun and then bad guy explodes blood everywhere, but isometric turn based. It's not some passage of intelligence. It's the most basic competency like those JumpStart edu-tainment games but for young adults. Being able to point and click and push buttons that make numbers go up kill bad guy better or do skill/talk better is something that the most basic wageslave cashier can do.

Fallout 3
>Moira: "Did you ever try to put a broken piece of glass together? Even if the pieces fit, you cant make it whole again the way it was. But if you're clever, you can still use the pieces to make other useful things. Maybe something wonderful, like a mosaic. Well, the world broke like glass, and everyone's trying to put it back together like it was, but it'll never come together the same way."
>Lone Wanderer: "I don't know. Human nature doesn't change like that."
>Moira: "Maybe, I've certainly heard people say that. But isn't it also human nature to try to do better than we always have?
Fallout 4
>Sole Survivor: "In a hundred years, when I finally die, I only hope I go to Hell, so I can kill you all over again, you piece of shit."
>Sole Survivor: "I'm here to pick up an order. Two large pepperoni and a calzone. Name is "Fuck you."

76 has some funny player dialogues but nothing I can think of immediately that isn't only remembered as a joke.
