Support Switch 2 as much as possible in this and try to establish a fanbase willing to support them on the platform. Try to get a move on with DQ12 for an early lead.
if they're releasing a game that might appeal to Nintendo fans, actually work with Nintendo and make sure the game is getting good exposure on Nintendo Directs and market that as the leading platform. See NEO TWEWY for an example of what not to do.
Stop being so stingy with crossovers. The FF x Magic collab is a good start but they really ought to do more crossovers within the video game space, not outside it. Astro Bot is this huge love letter to Playstation and SE's own IPs not showing up has me thinking they are disillusioned with how precious their characters are and they're guarding their things too closely. The correct play years ago would have been to to get your characters into Fortnite and expose your characters to a younger generation. Not say "We can do that" and make your Battle Royale which gets shut down in a year.
When time comes for Kingdom Hearts 4 trailers to start dropping, really make sure the marketing drives home that this is the start of a new saga so you might be able to convince people to jump into it without playing the others. It's probably their best bet if they still want to keep "4" in the title.
