It's not possible, dead on arrival. Priority passing would be a nightmare, even with arena levels of streamlining. Format is primarily social and devs are deathly afraid of allowing any sort of communication into these sorts of game and any attempt at a casual game will be ruined by anti-social pubstompers/third worlders.
