Idk about dead, I played a few games last night, queues were under 2 minutes, I had fun in each match.
If you compare Paladins to other hero shooters Marvel Rivals is currently an elephant and Paladins maybe an ant. You might not notice the ant, it would be hard not to notice the elephant, but they are both alive.
