When I used my VISA ATM Card, purchase immediately failed. Kind reminder that the card was fully functional on every online purchase except Fanbox.
Then I downloaded a Debit Card Smartphone application. I already had a MasterCard Virtual Card linked to my Debit Card Account so I skipped this step. I have enabled online purchases for the Virtual MasterCard. And added a bit extra than the commission fee to my Debit Card account. The purchase successfully completed afterwards. I hope it helps.
