Ehh, the average Eldar sure, but there are plenty of Aeldari who recognize humans as a lesser threat and even actively seek an alliance with them, which is especially common when they’re interacting with higher up members of the Imperium with Inquisitors and like to curry favor with them since they aren’t completely delusional and do recognize the IoM is the dominant power in the Milky Way at the moment, and even more of them know the Imperium is a necessary force since they frequently use them as a bulwark against tyranid and Orks.
That said, Xenos rejects is still a no no until we get more story and background justifying it.

Do you mean the Paths? Because those aren’t there to protect their minds from the horrors of the galaxy, it’s there to stop themselves from going literally going insane from sheer boredom. The Aeldari are very aware of the horrors of even their own kind in the form of the Drukhari, who do the most heinous shit in the galaxy, they wouldn’t go crazy because they laid eyes on a servitor.

You should probably use a more meaningful and less pozzed analogy, considering they regularly commit acts that have them classified as “Nazis” by reddit too. Also, they’re in no place to judge considering the vast majority of their race are not the current Drukhari. You know, the guy who’s literally kill and torturing for the fun of it and leech off the resulting suffering, but cognitive dissonance is no new thing for them either.
