No but there is an icon for Tsar Nicholas II as he was killed by communists during the revolution in Russia. There is some controversy on whether he is canonized as a Saint or not as he may not have been martyred for the Orthodoxy, iirc I think it is the Russian Orthodox Church that has him canonized as a saint.
