If amayo was real like, Saki has 2 clear routes out of this:

First, she asks and Sensei gives her the letter of reccomendation but she can explain things to Kanon herself. Then:

Option 1: Instead of explaining things, she confesses to Kanon, they start dating in secret and thinking about how to earn money to live together and have sex all day long.

Option 2: Kanon is just a bicurious slut and will never properly date Saki so Saki goes to university, get money and become a star in the lesbian bar 10 years later. Kanon becomes a deaf housewife mother of many and repopulate Japan.
