i made hlapeno hot boy corn jiffy green thai curry muffints; theyre very good. you can get one o these pots of thai curry paste on amzon even if you dont have a store and its good for many things; i like green thai curry lots as well. if im feeling a bit extra ill make green thai curry with fried rice. but anyway these muffints are tasty. i substituted the milk with 30g yogurt and 45g water.
