Not (very) autistic, more I have standards and a full plate as it is, if ever the itch to play it (because everything else looks awesome) inclines me to lower my standards I'm pretty sure I can reverse engineer an already existing mod that changes the text in game anyway, and remove amorous all together. And the Brothel in DD1 was traditionally coded, as in men fucking women, laundry day event had prostitutes/bar wenches cleaning the sheets, and the Deviant Tastes Quirk implies there's a hetero average. Lesbians don't count if you actually understand sexuality as well so fuck off if you wanna try to counter that with lodging the female heroes there, plus there were probably one or two manwhores they kept around to hold Hellion while she cries or play doctor w/PD.
