My butt is pretty damn tight and it usually takes repeated sessions playing with many different toys before it starts getting comfortable, but this thing is perfect for stretching exercises. You can take it slow and easy, pumping once or twice ever 5-10 mins, wait for your butt to get used to it, and then climb up again.
