egg is awesome. opens up more options for your second dash, and occasionally surprises survivors that start running out from cover too soon.
unicorn medallion is pretty much objectively better than default, but it's also something that can be kinda contextual and, either way, up to personal preference whether to use or not. the important thing is to make your decision and stick with it.
gloves are just good. cooldown reduction is good.
jewel beetle is also really good, kinda high risk high reward. throws are better than slams (especially at the edge of the map where you can m1 right after for a free down), but also jewel beetle will cuck you out of hits in some spots
