It's very amusing how some npc is the actual protagonist and your character is just some autistic fencesitter with zero motivation who does everything they're told. Also the blade twin might be one of the worst written antagonists I've ever encountered. TN needs to
a) stop setting their games in actual history/existing stories like nioh, wo long and rotr because it just makes their stories even more hard to follow and boring
b) hire/contract at least one competent writer
And you can say story doesn't matter, you'd be right since I do like these games, but having any sort of narrative or characters you care about does improve the experience. Having Jack be an entertaining protagonist, intentionally or otherwise, made SoP better than if he a silent CaC
