I was mostly just meditating a lot on various religions, and things started to fit together, and the more I pieced together, the more and more things started to make sense. from what I understand, religious practices and modern science have similarities and the answer to the bigger questions in life lies in understanding both sides of that coin. It is an experience of thought and being, but I lack a deeper understanding of it, it wasnt full enlightenment but I suppose a premature awakening of sorts. I started to understand religious practices from a scientific perspective and the more I thought about it and practiced them, the healthier and stronger I became, I even retained my youth. im sorry for being vague but these messages only allow me to post so much, I would legitimately need to write a book to encapsulate everything i've experienced, which would require time, time that I dont know I have, which is why I need help.
