imo, Ursula Creed being a CREED does all the heavy lifting for her status. It's like how we voted for two Bushes just because people remembered the first Bush and was like "hey this guy is also a Bush maybe he's just like the first one". This doesn't mean that her lore is anywhere near good, it's just that people will see her last name and go "Oh like other creed she must be as good".
