>Google random classic books and find that The Stranger is pretty short. Ask her if she knows it
>Says she knows it but didnt love it
>ask to borrow it to fake interest in her interests
>She says yes
>After a bit give the book back and ask for a book SHE would recommend
>Recieve said book and read google summary, then ask her to meet up privately so you can return the book, as it is semester break
>Meet up and convince her to go on a short walk for a bit to talk about the book
>She insists she cant hang out for too long because her roommate is waiting for her to get back
>You really want to spend time with her so you offer to buy her ice cream
>says she doesnt want any and doesnt have time
>keep her wrapped up in conversation, ask tons of questions so she doesnt leave, and eventually mention getting ice cream to her so many times that she finally agrees
>she refuses to let you pay for her even after you offer
>leaves pretty much right after
>text her you had a great time and hope to repeat this soon
>she says she will have to see when she has time again
>tell her you woulda gotten her flowers but didnt want to make it awkward
>she insists you didnt have to and it was better that you didnt

Robots, I know this girl doesnt give a shit about me and probably thinks Im a creep now. I dont care. I will keep trying anyways. What can I lose? She already doesnt like me. So fuck it. Might as well embarrass myself. Besides, I sort of enjoy how she is forced to talk to me because she is so worried about seeming rude or impolite, despite not wanting to at all. Its sort of cute in a way.
