6'2" 195lbs 31yo, training to break a 4:35 mile at the end of the year to prove that I'm still young and fit. I've lost most of my gym strength but it's fun being lean again. Just starting a cut, hoping to reach ~8% bodyfat and 180lbs by the time I race. The trick will be not getting injured while cutting and increasing work volume.
