Garden of Ethan (his other mods are good too, but this is his latest and imo his best)
Pucemoose mods (as old as the game itself but stupid innovative for the time and it's rare to see other mod authors try shit he's done, he also has a mod series for fo3 that's giga old and a bit buggy but good)
Zion Trail (this is a really great mod for the most part, weakest part imo is the voice acting but that's normal for nv)
Autumn Leaves (this is a nv mod classic, not combat focused at all but the story is quite good)
Haunted Casino (a bit of horror, not really too scary but it's just a really well-made mod)
The World We Knew (this author really likes making player houses and designing building interiors, and he's made a pretty decent quest mod where you get to explore a ton of interiors and kill shit)

th3overseer mods (him and someguy are like the two big popular nv mod series guys i think and they're both a bit janky but soulful. overseer's mods get much better as you progress and I think he peaks with his last 2 mods)

I feel mixed about rooster's mods, but I think his strongest are definitely Seven Graves From Now and I'm Moving On.
