The resurrected Superman from ZSJL is the Eradicator. They used a malevolent Mother Box to bring Supes' corpse back to life, so of course it reconfigured him to be prone to evil.
Remember how Aquaman stated like 3 or 4 times that what they brought back was NOT Superman? "His memories... His powers maybe... But it's not him." But the rest of the group was in denial.
And, during the Steppenwolf fight, resurrected Supes is oddly... sadistic? Like instead of just beating Steppenwolf down and keeping him there, he was way more powerful and confident, and like a cat toying with its prey. He'd laser him, then punch him, etc, even lasering his horn off, not to kill him, but just to torture him and cause him pain. Therefore, he's the Eradicator.
