How can I fix my hairloss when it doesnt follow the pattern of "skipping a generation"? Could be reversible then?

Me - receeding around 26, currently at NW3 vertex at 33. no crown balding yet but close

Mom's dad (my grandpa) - full head of hair, died at 86
Mom's Brother (my uncle) - bald by 28 (horseshoe)
My Dad - crown balding at 30, still had front hair by 60
My Brother - full head of hair at 30

Is it stress? bad luck genetics? out of curiosty i went to a hair clinic and they told me 8k for transplants plus lifetime min and fin.
