Now that I check, the promo images show Troika might have a wire, but these could also just be prototype pictures taken awhile ago before the mass produced version which could come without one like NML.

If Troika does come with a wire, it's absolutely senseless why NML doesn't have one, since Troika is a cheaper figure and is also a Batman figure.
