You know it's just occurred to me, but wouldn't it be fairly doable to pull off animations based on the style of this pic using AI? I've never used AI but I've inferred a few things I think you can do with it from what I've witnessed.
>Gen a cute girl with your choice of outfit on a transparent background
>Do a guy with similar features in a normal outfit also on a transparent background
>Do a magic portal on a transparent background
>Stick all three into Photoshop, stitch them together repeatedly at different points using the magic portal to hide where they join together
>(optional) use AI on specific parts at your leisure to change facial expressions, hand position, etc
>(optional) Gen your choice of background and put all the slides together in order on top of it
>(optional) Animate away and turn it into an actual .gif
Sounds like a good idea to me.
