Elements don't matter anymore - elemental vices exist.
obviously 60% is maxed straight out of shop but codas are easy to grind and you might just do them passively while doing calendar every week
I did it like that - at first I only bought +52,8% but as I was maxing the weapons out for the last few I just bought them every week no matter the % because I was swimming in cells anyways
