Fitpost incoming
Got some solid cardio in (picrel), now I'm doing stretches, which aren't the cool post of what I wanna do, but absolutely necessary for good flips and not hurting myself.
Kind of losing motivation though, I still see myself in the gym mirrors and wonder if I've lost any weight or made any progress, and I feel like I'm so far away from being at a level where filian would be proud
