The reality and truth is somewhere in between the incel blackpill hyperbole whining and the self improvement junkie "self ownership" shit. You can in fact not be a "chad" and get results, but women have observably gotten more picky, choosey, and difficult to obtain as a result of dating apps and social media. It simply takes a larger degree of effort, and you probably will get a lower quality woman if you tuck your chin and give it your all, than the grade of woman you would've gotten 20 years ago by being the exact same person you are right now.

I'm an oldfag in his 30s now, but I'm in the loop with young guys who are better looking than I was at their age, charming guys too, who are HAULING ASS to get girls worse looking than the girls I got at their age. Hypergamy and hoeflation is very real, no matter what anyone says. Again, you can still do it, and there's guys punching above their weight with good looking girls I see every day, but there's simply just less of a supply due to women becoming more fat, flaky, and having a shittier attitude than how I remember them.

I don't really blame a 7/10 guy for checking out if the best he can obtain is a 5/10, since his 7/10 female counterpart is going to be extremely gassed up and have an ego that can hardly fit through a door frame.
