So, minions. Remember how I said tricking someone into your womb is powerful? While you can send any soul into your womb... having someone enter it directly results in much faster "minion production", and it's exactly what you think. You get a fast, easy pregnancy, faster and easier if you already have a body to work with, longer and rougher (you must eat or sacrifice a body's worth of mass) if you've already assimilated that soul.
