3 turn clear with Argus over Hissabeth. Marcus does WAY too much damage now and Argus can rank up as fast as Hissabeth does, the cap is only 8 ranks per turn so you dont need to go over it. But also if you like Snek then go ahead, I just really wanted to use Argus. If you dont have a high portrait Vila I'd recommend Mercuria over Druvis to hit 100% crit rate
