They create a special array called Pulsing Field, this special array steal dynamo from the characters and gets stronger and stronger the more Dynamo it steals, at max strength the array grants Ultimate Might +35%, Incantation Might +25%, and DMG Bonus +15% for 2 rounds. Also Both Lucy Euphoria and Ulrichv(not 100% sure) have normal attack that scales with Ultimate Might so in theory you can slot ultimate characters like Melania and Hissabeth in the team too
If you have Ezra, he can already use pulsing field so you get a preview through that
