I was also a fan of Dorothy before the Dorothy posting started to ramp up, but I don't think I ever advocated for using her outside of just personally thinking she's cute.
I like Dorothy but I'm also very keenly aware that she's hurt immensely by being added on the same chapter as the far easier to use Sue (who herself is just worse Sin only saved by having better availability) who will most likely give you more mileage as an archer (itself a very niche role).
At least she's a strong budget archer in FEH I guess.
