I agree with the other anon that the mountain outposts have no reason to be as heavily built as they are.
Also no reason why there should be two keeps, or why the wall passageways should have overhead cover that prevents the defenders from placing fires on enemies that go over the top.
There should be at least two walls before the main keep, each one designed so that defenders can punish breaches to the preceding wall, as in pic rel. If the rebels had to go through the same shit as they did to breach the courtyard even just another time, the attrition would be decisive. Defense in depth is a certified classic.

Of course, but star fort designs are optimized for cannon fire and early modern siege tactics. They are prohibitively expensive otherwise, and they also increase the area of wall you have to defend. Wolfsmund, being a gateway fort, would realistically look like the Torburg-Eigelstein.
