The used market isn't quite there yet. Any decent used EV is still €20k+ but in a few years those will be pushed to a more affordable 15k range. I think that's when more common people buy EVs and when mainstream adoption will truly kick off. And when the common person learns that high mileages don't tear down an EV like it does an ICE....prepare for real paradigm shift. I still see used EVs differ hugely in price just for slight variations in mileage. They are valued with the mindset of an ICE, but I don't think 20k miles here or there make any difference in an EV besides tire usage.
