Yes, the camera market have been in shambles since COVID. Manufacturers don't make entry level "serious" DSLR cameras anymore because they got squeezed by dumb zoomers taking pictures from their phones. These days new "serious" cameras are all >$1500 and the older DSLRs maintain their values because they don't make them anymore.
