>the judge who prevented epstein grand jury transcripts
She didn't though. Federal law and higher court precedent says grand jury transcripts can only be unsealed for very specific reasons. When the government asked her to unseal them, they admitted that they weren't asking for one of those reasons. "People really want to know" isn't one of the exceptions listed in Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
The only way around this is for Congress to pass a law allowing them to be unsealed. They started to do this but Republicans have shut it down.

>Even Gabbard’s own memo makes clear that, when invoking Russia’s failure to "hack" the election, she is referencing that Moscow did not change votes, alter voter rolls, or otherwise disrupt the voting process through cyber or physical means. Gabbard’s deceit, however, comes into view when she contrasts this judgment with the assessment of Moscow’s well-documented influence campaign. By leveraging social media bots, paid ads, and propaganda outlets, Moscow, according to the intelligence community, sought to denigrate Clinton’s campaign and bolster Trump’s. Gabbard calls this finding "false" and goes on to argue that previous analyses had "stated clearly that Russia ‘did not impact’ the election through cyber hacks on the election."
The whole thing is a hilariously bad failed magic trick. Tulsi is taking reports that say Russia didn't successfully hack voting machines and using it to claim Russia didn't interfere at all.
It might work at distracting Trumps dumbass followers from Epstein for a bit but it will never hold up legally. The justice department is gonna spend several months "looking into it" and then quietly close it out.

You haven't refuted anything I said. Note that Trump is doing exactly what he's complaining about Obama doing: both Durham and the Republican House investigation found no wrongdoing in "russiagate" now Trump is ignoring those and ordering more investigations and publically smearing Obama.

Trump wasn't prosecuted for things he did in office.

>orchestrated the muh russia narrative
Which is bullshit and nothing that's been released so far even comes close to proving that. Trumps campaign had multiple weird contacts with Russia and intelligence found Russia acting in multiple ways to help the Trump campaign. No court is going to take it seriously that it was somehow wrong for the President to order an investigation into possible foreign interference.
The hypocrisy is astounding, their main complaint is basically that Obama ordered further investigation even after some initial reports came up inconclusive. The problem is Trump is DOING THE EXACT SAME THING. This whole thing was already investigated by Durham and congress and they both basically said "there were some irregularities but nothing criminal or beyond the pale." Now Trump is doing the exact same thing: ignoring previous reports and ordering further investigations because he wants to hurt a political rival.

It's pretty simple to understand if you're not a fucking moron:
Biden had no reason to. Everyone has known for years that Trump was close buddies and partying with Epstein and other pedophiles like John Casablancas. Releasing yet more confirmation of that wasn't gonna do anything. Likewise Biden never said he was gonna release them and his supporters never acted like the Epstein files will prove pizzagate or whatever nonsense.
The Dems are pushing for it now not because they think there's a video of Trump fucking 14 year olds in there but to highlight Trump's hypocrisy and to show the lunatic Qanon contingent that all their fantasies about what's in the Epstein files are BS and yet Trump strung them along for years letting them believe that he was gonna lock up Hillary for eating babies or whatever.

Epstein was arrested and "suicided" during Trumps first term. Trump had access to all the information about it. If there is no list then he's known that for years and he and his agents were straight up lying during the campaign when they said they'd release it.

Biden never claimed that the Epstein files are full of evidence of all sorts of celebrities and politicians eat babies and rape kids. Biden and his cabinet didn't say over and over again during the campaign that they were gonna release them. Biden never claimed that he had an Epstein client list "on his desk". Trump undoubtedly shows up in them which is embarrassing for him, but everyone already knew he was friends with pedos like Epstein and Casablancas. Trump cultists would explain away his presence in the files like they already have so far.
There was no reason for Biden to release the files before. The Dems are pushing for it now not because they think it contains rock solid proof that Trump fucked kids, but to highlight the lies and hypocrisy of the right wing. They know the Epstein files are mostly a nothingburger and that's the point. By making Trump release them they are forcing trumptards to reckon with the fact that all their Qanon fantasies were bullshit.

holy shit the cope from trumptards is incredible. You've gone from "Hillary ate babies on Epstein island and Trump is gonna show the world. Nothing can stop what is coming." to "so what if Trump fucked underage girls on Epstein island, it's a hoax nobody cares about!".

...but wait I was assured that Trump refusing to release the files was 4d chess to get the Dems to vote to release them. Did Trump forget to tell the Republicans that they are supposed to go along with it?
