If she has borderline, you might be interested to know that some current thinking in the psychological community is that, when she "changes", that is actually her handing over agency to an altered state who is a psychopath. A so-called "secondary psychopath". Very interesting stuff:

btw He has another video in which he says that, surprisingly, about half of borderline women will spontaneously "heal" or go into remission between the ages of around 35 and 45 (I think.) He also said that borderline is unusual among personality disorders in that it can often be reliably diagnosed before adolescence (and that borderline actually may begin forming around age 6.)
