Nah, Rin has best chemistry with Archer. With Shirou he only thinks his banter but never dishes out much, whereas Archer can dish it as well as he can take it so their banter multiplies.
Shirou and Sakura are best together because they are two broken souls licking each other's wounds and so romantic. Meanwhile Rin and Archer are a really fun couple.
