Some kind of autism from the girl doing it IIRC. S3 while nice is just shorts and S4 is legitimately awful while also being mostly unconnected to the previous seasons so it might be for the best.

Kirarin Revolution S3 and Fairilu. Beyond that it's mostly obscure 70s, 80s, and 90s shows that might not even have raws, almost all of the shows from the 2000s+ have some kind of subs with only some of the mascot shows missing them like Tamagotchi.
