Learn to do some fiberglass and bondo work and you don't need to do this. I'm coming up on the 3rd or 4th year of my ghetto, phosphoric acid + grinder + POR15 + fiberglass + bondo rust repair on my rockers and quarters it's holding up fine - nobody can tell anything was repaired, either. I matched my paint color with a can of Rustoleum, too. Just dump half a can of fluid film behind the rockers and the rot won't come back for a long time.
