Sirs im learning about AI and read the getting started guide but i still have questions.
What is the main motivation for running these models local? Just for fun? do you plan to work with that? learning? being able to create porn?
I got an interest in the topic after i saw a couple accounts ion tiktok that are able to produce interesting content using AI.
Dunno if you people know any of them but they are: prognoz prognoz pogodi, azerbaijan technologies and gossip globin. Also i just browsed the porn thread in other boards and found the quality impressive.
My case is, i want to create fantasy stock images and videos to improve storytelling in my content for tiktok, vids can be short.
Should i just go with a paid service or learn how to run locally? My problem is i have an AMD board, no video card and 8gb ram. The getting started guide says you need a good gpu but doenst specify how good.
