Why would I do that all the time? It took until Mania that there was a good Sonic game outside of the Genesis games. After a long, long time waiting, you just have to accept a franchise won't cater to you anymore. I'll take Mania as a farewell gift. I'm not going to stoop all Sonic conversations and shit on the games all the time. I'll just play games that'll appeal to me.

It's a shame the series turned out the way it did, but why dwell on it for decades. Some people moved on, others make fan games.
