How do I sleepmaxx? Did any of you manage to significantly improve/increase your sleep?

I do not use an alarm clock, but nevertheless I typically only sleep 6 hours. Should I go to bed earlier, maybe? I currently go to bed around midnight, but I guess I could change that to something like 10:30 pm.
